The kit is completely assembled using CNC laser cut mounts professionally welded and use ALUMINUM ARMS with heim joints that can be adjusted in or out for the best operation. The electric headlight motors are used, but have been painted and tested to open and close the headlight doors. The wiring harness is new with a simple Bosche style relay, ATC blade fuse and weather pack connectors. The wiring harness is a 3 wire hookup, power, ground, and trigger wire. The motors are mounted on the brackets, ready to bolt into place where the original vacuum actuator was bolted. This kit requires no new bolt holes but uses the original holes for the factory parts. The kit does require some material to be removed from part of the assembly, but the mount will reinforce the removed portion. The kit requires approx 3 hours to remove the vacuum parts and install. Complete installation instructions with pictures are included with kit. The kit uses easy to replace Ford probe and Mazda Miata headlight motors.
