Complete rear conversion kit for any 2 stroke Trabant from a 1958 P50 to a 1990 601! This fits onto your own rear wishbones and hand brake cables with slight modifications to both. This is everything you need to upgrade. Converts the rear brakes and hubs. Better braking due to larger surface area of the friction lining. Example shown on pics. No more seized brake cylinders after sitting for a few weeks. Availability of brake parts in the UK. Ease of servicing and repair e. G wheel bearing replacement on this would be considerably quicker and easier than on the standard hubs and has only one bearing instead of 2. Changes the PCD to 4 x 100 so really opens up wheel options. Everything you see is included. All the brake parts are new. Does not come with handbrake cables but you can use your own. You just have to file very slightly so they hook over the lever on the drums. One of the threads in the adapter/mounting plate has been cross threaded so will require re-tapping.
